Gallmeyer & Livingston Co. (Grand Rapids, MI) Model 563 surface grinder, serial no. 563115, manufactured 1962. Table measures 14" x 36"; grinding wheel is 20" diameter x 1.5" width with a 5" arbor. Powered by a 3-phase motor. Fully operational for manual surface grinding; the auto down-feed requires repair but does not affect manual use. Heavy-duty cast iron construction with cosmetic wear consistent with age.
